My Qualifications As a Trainer:                                                                 
Education:
I am certified through reputable fitness organizations such as ACSM,(American College of Sports and
Medicine)
AFAA ( Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and IFPA (International Fitness
Professionals of America) and
Crossfit level 1.CPR is current.

Experience:
I have over 16 years of experience in the fitness field and have taken many classes such as Injury
Prevention and Program Progression, Senior Fitness, Plyometric and Dynamic Training, Flexibility
Training, Nutrition, Pilates, Boxing, and Core Training to name a few, to increase my knowledge as a
trainer.

Passion:
Although education and experience are very important as a professional in the fitness field, I believe it is
my passion for helping people that benefit my clients the most. Fitness is a big part of my life. I want
everyone to experience the benefits of being fit.

If you want to lose weight, get healthy and/or build muscle, personal
training can be a step in the right direction. I can help you step up a
program that meets your goals and teach you the best way to
exercise. My job as a trainer is to assess your fitness level, set up a
program to keep you motivated and push you past your comfort
level---something difficult to do on your own. I also provide:

  • Guidance on reaching your goal
  • Education on strength training
  • A reason to show up at the gym each week
  • Accountability
  • Ways to help track your progress
